The company Johnny Brown was established in 1935, open to the theatrical trade.

As business was growing, the owner J. Brown ensured that the demand for any type of product required by the industry was met.

Eventually, theatres and movie houses were asking for crowd control items.  As shown in this picture, dated 1964, Johnny Brown was already providing posts and ropes.

 Expo 67, held in Montreal,

 The Olympique Stadium, from 1976 to present date

 Banks, Provincial and Federal Governments.

 Bars, restaurants, and the entertainment trade in general.
